Shipping policy

Chezmolds hand pours every mold- we do our best to ship within 2-3 business day timeframe from the time the order has been placed-Bead orders placed are shipped within 24 hours- excluding customs. shipping exclusions on weekends and holidays observed by USPS.

We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package has left our shop and arrived at the USPS facility. Economy and Standard 1st class shipping are NOT insured and Chezmolds is not responsible for lost packages, we will attempt to help you locate a package through USPS.

Priority packages all come with insurance against lost packages and any issues with delivery once usps has taken possession of the package must be dealt with directly through usps. We can help facilitate the process but the buyer is responsible for filing the claim for damage or missing packages.

Combining multiple orders- Please contact us prior to placing a second order ( if your first order hasnt shipped yet ) we are unable to refund shipping charges once your order has been placed. Here are links to locate a missing package and file a claim through usps.
