Refund policy
All orders are final- we are unable to cancel orders - so please make sure you have your order complete and accurate before checking out!
Bead/ Beadable items and custom cut displays-
ALL SALES ARE FINAL- Given the nature of these items we are unable to return these items so please ensure that your order is correct- Defects in product happen from time to time as these products are mass produced in China. We try to ensure the products are inspected before shipping however if you receive an item that has a major defect please contact us within two days of delivery to discuss defects. Please inspect your packages - any missing items must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. We are human and miss beads from time to time- if your order is missing a bead or has a defect, please contact us with a photo of the packing slip showing which bead is missing or defective- we will issue a refund for the item or send a replacement on your next order. Due to postage costs we DO NOT ship out bead replacements on their own. Please ensure your package has the correct address- Re-shipment costs are responsible from the buyer. If we are given an incorrect address- we do not refund shipping costs- packages returned to us will incur a 20% restocking fee- shipping costs are not refunded! Shop credits will be issued within 3 Business days of receiving the returned package

If there is an issue with your molds, please contact us with in 2 days of receiving your mold to discuss possible replacement.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, silicone beads/ focal or any custom cut display or lasered products.
Refunds- buyer is responsible for return shipping if a return on a mold is approved.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the replacement was approved or not. If approved, we will remake your mold and ship it out asap.
